Dr. K. Thriveni Kumari is having 20 years of experience in teaching management courses.  She did her Post Doctoral Fellowship at IIM Calcutta, Ph.D. at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, M.Phil at Annamalai University, MBA, PGDFM at Acharya Nagarjuna University and HR Analytics program from IIM Kozikode.  She published as a single author one book, 13 book chapters, 35 research articles published in ABDC, SCOPUS, Web of Sciences, UGC-Recognized, and peer-refereed journals. She attended 20 international and national conferences out of which one paper had won Best Paper Award, another presented at Saint Mary’s University, Manila, Philippines, funded by the UGC travel grant commission.  She attended 20 FDP’s, workshops and seminars.  Also, she is the editor and reviewer of books, national and international journals. She had successfully guided 02 PhD Scholars. Also she worked with funded projects from ICSSR and NCW.  As part of academics, she had undertaken administrative responsibilities as HOD, NACC coordinator, conducted international, national conferences, workshops and FDP’s.  She had been research trainer, resource person, key speaker and panel expert in management events held nationally.  Her research area includes work-life balance, work family conflict, career management, gender studies, emotional labor, and entrepreneurial performance.  Her subject area is Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Research Methodology, HR Analytics and Marketing Research.

Currently she is associated with Delhi School of Business, Delhi since February 2024.

Dr. M. Jayanthi Rao is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Aditya Institute of Technology and Management, Tekkali, Andhra Pradesh. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Krishna University, Machilipatnam (2020). Dr. Rao has a keen interest in areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Networking, Cyber Security, and Cloud Computing. He has completed various online certification courses, including "Introduction to Machine Learning" and "Outcome-Based Pedagogic Principles of Effective Teaching" from NPTEL. Dr. Rao is also a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (MISTE) and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), reflecting his commitment to the advancement of technical education and research.

Prof. Pravin Laxman Thorat serves as an Assistant Professor and Placement Officer with over 24 years of experience, including 22 years in academia and 2 years in the corporate sector. He holds qualifications such as B.Com, GDCA, ICWAI (III), MCSE, EXIM, M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing, and a Ph.D. His expertise lies in Financial Management and Marketing Management. Prof. Thorat is also an active member of prominent organizations, including the All India Management Association and Pune Management Association, where he continues to contribute to academic and industry dialogues in his fields of specialization.

Sugandha Muduli is appointed as an Assistant Professor Finance in Prestige Institute of Management and Research. She has qualified UGC-NET & MH-SET in Management (2021 cycle). Her areas of interest are Financial Management, Microeconomics, Managerial Economics, and Accounting. 

She was awarded the gold medal by Hon'ble Governor of Odisha and Chancellor of Sambalpur University, Odisha for securing 1st position at Masters of Business Administration (Financial Management) under Dept. Of Economics, Sambalpur University, Odisha 2019-2021.She has also recieved the award for securing 2nd position in +2 Commerce Stream (2016) at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

Prior to joining PIMR-G, she has worked as an Asst. Prof. Management at Presidency College Berhampur, Odisha. Alongside teaching and academic responsibilities, she had organised an event named "Leola'22" on Women's Day 2022.She has hosted several events, participated in Quizzes, Debates, Speech and Extempore competitions in her academic journey.

She believes that as a teacher, she is always a learner.
